New Modul series
We have now upgraded the range of mouthpieces for Euphonium. These are made in two parts, top and shank. The weight is more balanced and centered on the top (cup), this to make the mid and high register even more brilliant in sound with more over tones.
These cups also works for large bore trombone, but they demand quite a lot of air support and gives a big sound because of the deep cup.
As described down below, you have standard shanks for each size of mouthpiece.
You can also buy different sizes of shanks to fit your need, but keep your favorite top (rim and cup). The options on shanks are, 7.0, 7.2, 7.4 or 7.6mm throat size. For baritone and small bore trombone the shanks are only available in 7.0mm size but with long and short shank. Please have a look at Baritone and small shank trombone for more details.
You can have the tops in Gold or Silver PVD-plated variants, but the shanks are only in Deep silver.
Randefalk mouthpieces are still V and U shaped at the same time with a gliding transition to a small cone in the throat. They are now made in a heavy copper brass with PVD plating.
You can also order all Randefalk Mouthpieces with a synthetic Diamond coating. Please send message for more details and prices regarding this.
